Bowflex offers a great selection of home gyms

You can choose from the two different technologies that Bowflex uses in their Home Gyms. The Bowflex Power Rod Home Gyms and the Bowflex Revolution Home Gyms. There are currently 6 different models available.

Bowflex Power Rod Home gyms have four designs to choose from, starting with the Bowflex Classic Home Gym. This machine allows you to do up to 30 exercises ranging from Bench Press, lateral pull down, leg exercises, abdominal exercises, built in cardio rowing station with up to 210 lbs of Power Rod resistance.

Bowflex Xtreme SE Home Gym offers the same 210 lbs of Power Rod Technology resistance, which can be upgraded to 310lbs. You can train with over 65 different exercises with this machine. Some key features this machine has is a lateral tower with a angled lat bar for your back and shoulder muscles, an abdominal crunch shoulder harness for your abs, a squat station and leg extensions to target your legs.

Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE Home Gym improves on the original design by giving the Lat Tower two adjustable positions and the squat 4 adjustable positions. The machine allows you to change exercises fast and easy with no cable changes and allows up to 70 exercises.
