Check it out at www.copsagainstcancer.org 12 Hour Fitness and Endurance Challenge: This event will be held on March 3, 2012 at Second Wind Exercise Equipment. There will be 15 teams with six members each. A member of each team will be on one of the following pieces of equipment for 12 hours: upright stationary bike, treadmill, or elliptical equipment. Team members who are not on the equipment will compete in the endurance challenge which includes pushups, crunches, planks, dips, roman chair knee lifts, pull-ups, and body weight rows. The six Biggest Loser candidates will be competing as a team for this event.
