Efi Sports Medicine is a 30 year old sports conditioning, rehabilitation and athletic training company. We started in 1974, with an incline plane exercise machine for strength training, moved into physical therapy, rehabilitation, and athletic training in the mid 80s and launched the longest running consumer fitness product infomercial in 1996 with Total Gym. Efi Sports Medicine products are in over 14000 rehabilitation, athletic training and health facilities and touch in excess of 8000000 people per year. In 2000 we looked at what we had learned over 25 years in the athletic training and physical therapy industries. We looked at how the traditional health club and the trainer has become more educated and saw that the functional training paradigm had begun to shift into the fitness market. So as we began to plan, we looked at how we could take the product category that had been so successful in the rehabilitation, athletic training and consumer markets and really provide the best possible value to the health club, to the club members, and to the trainers that would be utilizing the product. This value has been recognised internationally and as a result efi now has Distributors for GRAVITY in 17 countries worldwide. At tradeshows around the world our Distributors platform all 4 GRAVITY Programs.
