This is the machine I use at the local YMCA’s pilates classes. I am a person who usually gets bored very fast with working out. This machine has changed everything!! The Y was only having classes twice a week, and I loved it so much, I had to buy this for home. It is amazing!! Makes me want to work out. I got the Stamina videos to lead me through these exercises at home, so I don’t have to think after a long day at work. The one thing I love about doing this at home…I get to chose my own music!!! From someone who usually hates working out, I cannot recommend this machine enough. It gives an awesome workout, I’m usually a little tender the next day. Just enough to let me know it’s working!!

This is a good sturdy quality piece of equipment. I was afraid it might not be stable and function like some of the larger or more expensive reformers. This definitely holds it’s own and I’m glad I got this one because I can keep it by the wall and then easily slide it over for the workout. All of the parts work smoothly. As far as the trampoline in the lying down position, I need to start slowly or I get a little nauseous. Most importantly, I have a herniated disc in my center back and the Pilates exercises are helping me enormously. I highly recommend it.

I purchased this after weighing the benifits of owning this machine v.s. getting a years membership at a gym. I opted for this machine and I’m so glad I did. I find the rebounding especially challenging. I could barely do 5 minutes without having to stop when I first got it. It works because each time you jump you have to keep the weight of your legs up in the lifted position on your own accord and that means lots of thigh and even more stomach muscles have to engage. Another advantage to owning this is that you can increase resistance (not on the rebounder of course) as you get better so this machine will give you years of workouts. Plus you can incorporate various different equipment as you progress.

I LOVE this pilates machine! It was relatively easy to put together – it took me about an hour. the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I like the video and the exercise map. I feel very comfortable on the machine….I would say I am as comfortable on this as I was on the one at the gym! It is great!

I have used my AeroPilates reformer for 30 days straight. I used the level 1 video that came with the reformer for a few weeks then started using the level 2 video. They both are just over 30 minutes. I began seeing results within the first week. I now have definition in my biceps, triceps, quads and abs. And, I feel very stretched and relaxed after each workout.

I haven’t used the rebounder so much. It’s an excellent ab and leg workout but I’m not sure if it’s doing as much cardio as I want. I want to try it again with my heart rate monitor, I just haven’t gotten around to it yet.

The machine itself is good. It’s very solid–there’s no shaking during the workout. The pulley system does squeak some. My biggest complaint is the foot bar. I fight it every time I need to move it. Luckily, I don’t have to move it much.

I think this is a great value given the cost of pilates reformer classes and the quality of the workout; there’s nothing better.
